This policy applies to Entradi Digital LLC (d/b/a Entradi), a Wyoming limited liability company. It is general operational information and not a substitute for review by qualified legal counsel.
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email, current situation, main request, and any store or social link you choose to provide. We record the country automatically from the connection country or phone calling code and do not store the full IP address in Airtable.
We also collect page language, landing page, visit source and campaign parameters, and records of your contact consent and optional marketing consent.
We use the information to review your request, contact you, understand market demand, and discuss a suitable way to help when one exists.
We do not use the contact form to make an automated decision or calculate a fit score. Sami reviews requests manually.
We use your contact details to respond about the request you submitted. We send future marketing content or updates only when you select the separate marketing consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We use Airtable to store and manage request data and Plausible for privacy-friendly site analytics. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We use reasonable access controls and data minimisation, but no storage or transmission method is completely guaranteed.
We retain data as needed to review requests, communicate, and meet legal and operational obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion at hello@entradi.com. We normally respond within 7 business days.
