Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, contract, or obligation to provide a service. Entradi reviews requests manually and is not obligated to accept every request, respond, or make an offer.

If we identify a suitable way to help, the service scope, deliverables, price, timeline, responsibilities, payment terms, and cancellation terms are agreed separately before work or any commitment begins.

Entradi may help understand the product and customer, clarify the message and offer, develop content angles, hooks, and scripts, provide filming guidance, and review content, results, and the path to an order.

This does not mean Entradi will film, edit, publish, or manage accounts unless a separate agreement says so. The client remains responsible for execution, product claims and operations, inventory, payments, shipping, customer service, and business decisions.

Entradi does not guarantee views, virality, attention, orders, sales, income, profit, or product success. Results depend on many factors, and work may show that an idea should be repeated, improved, changed, or stopped.

Information you provide must be accurate. You are responsible for product legality, safety, claims, tax, and regulatory requirements. Entradi does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

Any separate service agreement defines ownership of deliverables and confidentiality. Entradi does not use client results in marketing without separate permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Entradi is not responsible for indirect loss or business decisions made by a user based on website information.
